Credit Adviser Professional Certificate – Second Edition:

The Financial Academy developed the second edition of the “Credit Adviser Professional Certificate” in cooperation with the Consumer Protection Department as well as SAMA’s Supervision Deputy. This certificate aims to build the capabilities of the frontline and the Customer Care employees in the financing companies to ensure that all these employees have the required level of knowledge and skills including the knowledge of the regulations and laws that enable them to perform their duties toward the customers professionally and with full responsibility. Currently, twenty-two of ALZAIMOOR Finance Limited employees have successfully obtained the certificate and twenty more employees are planning to obtain the certificate by end of 2021.
